My name is Mark Chapman and I have been an avid photographer for many years. My journey began in my pre- teen years when my father bought me my first 35mm SLR (Single Lens Reflex) camera, a Fujica Stx-605. The early years were spent mainly along side my father capturing some of the wondorous birds that are on offer to us in South East Queensland.
During my early adulthood I drifted away from photography as anything more than a way to capture record images of family, friends and the places I was lucky enough to visit.
The last many years my passion for producing more than record photographs has returned, the purchase of my first Digital SLR, a Nikon D70 in the early 2000′s was a revelation. I now use a Canon system to produce images that I am very proud of and proud to be able to present to others.
I now offer services in and around Rockhampton as a wedding and event and sports photographer.
I would be proud to be able to produce some of these images for you on your special occasion.
